# MedVertical — FHIR Validation and Data Quality

MedVertical builds Records for product teams, integrators, and research data teams that need to evaluate a FHIR release or data delivery.

Records checks conformance against selected profiles and terminology, measures configured dataset-quality indicators, and connects findings to the affected resources. Teams can review a correction under a compatible evaluation basis and preserve the result for the receiving team.

## Product boundary

Records is not an EHR, clinical data repository, FHIR server, compliance authority, or clinical decision-maker. It validates and preserves evidence adjacent to the systems that own data, access, workflow, and governance.
