What we do
How we address FHIR data quality.
We build tools that make FHIR data quality visible, measurable, and auditable. Our first product, Records, is a continuous validation tool for FHIR infrastructure that deploys next to your existing server — read-only, non-intrusive, evidence-producing.
We operate at the intersection of healthcare interoperability and engineering operations. Our work is informed by hands-on experience with German and international FHIR profiles, terminology servers, and clinical data repositories.
Why we built Records
The gap we kept seeing in FHIR infrastructure.
FHIR implementations pass validation on day one. Then the server gets upgraded. A profile changes. A terminology update alters code bindings. A mapping pipeline introduces a new edge case. And nobody notices — because no one is watching.
We built Records because we kept seeing the same pattern: teams that thought their data was conformant, until a migration, an audit, or a partner integration revealed it wasn't. The problem wasn't bad engineering. The problem was that there was no continuous observation layer.
Records is that layer. It doesn't replace your server, your CDR, or your existing tools. It sits alongside them and answers one question: “Is this data still conformant?” With proof.
How we work
Four guiding principles.
Evidence, not authority
We produce signals. You make decisions.
Adjacent, not competitive
We add value to your existing infrastructure.
Reproducible, not opaque
Same inputs, same outputs. Every time.
Honest, not aspirational
We document what exists, not what we plan.
